No. It answers only from your published pages, products and knowledge base. With no source, it says so and offers your team.
Do I pay you per message?
Never. You use your own Google Gemini key and Google bills you directly — roughly $3–5 for 1,000 questions a month. The licence is a flat yearly price.
Which AI does it use?
Google Gemini, with your own key. A free key from Google AI Studio works to start; a busy site should turn on billing with Google. If the main model is busy, a lighter one takes over automatically.
Is my customers’ personal data sent to the AI?
No. Names, emails, phone numbers and company names are removed before every AI request. Conversations and enquiries stay in your own WordPress database.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
Yes. It reads your products — descriptions, variants and prices as your shop shows them to guests. It works without WooCommerce too.
Will it slow my site down?
No. The chat loads in its own isolated box after the page, with no outside scripts, and works with WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache and WP-Optimize.
Can my team reply without WordPress access?
Yes. Pro gives your team its own Sales Desk page on your site. They see and work enquiries there and never see the WordPress dashboard.
Which languages does it speak?
It replies in the language the visitor writes in — that’s the “Hola”. The plugin’s own screens are translation-ready.
Can I stop it answering about prices?
Yes. Add any topic to Locked topics and those questions go straight to your team, with the whole conversation.
What happens if the AI is down or my key stops working?
The visitor is told your team will reply and can leave their details. No enquiry is lost, and you get one email about the problem.
Is the free version limited?
No trial, no time limit, no message cap. Pro and Business add team, reply and agency features.
When can I download it?
HolaReply is in early access and on its way to the WordPress.org plugin directory. Ask for early access in the chat and we will send you the plugin.
Is there a lifetime deal?
Not at the moment — licences are yearly. And if you don’t renew, HolaReply keeps working; you just stop getting updates and support.
