Prefer Claude? Paste your own Anthropic key and Claude writes every answer, from your own pages, products and knowledge base only, with the sources shown.
One thing works differently. Anthropic offers no embedding model, which HolaReply needs to build the search index of your site. So a Claude site also adds a Google Gemini or OpenAI key, used only for the index. Every answer still comes from Claude.

Create a Claude key
Sign in at console.anthropic.com and create an API key.
Get a key for the index
A Google Gemini key from aistudio.google.com/api-keys, or an OpenAI key from platform.openai.com/api-keys.
Paste both into HolaReply
In Settings → AI connection, choose Anthropic Claude for the answers, add the index key, test, and build the index.

Why do I need a second key?
Anthropic offers no embedding model, and HolaReply needs one to build the search index of your site. A Gemini or OpenAI key does that job; Claude still writes every answer.
Can I use my Claude subscription?
No. HolaReply needs an API key from the Anthropic Console, which Anthropic bills separately from Claude plans.
Who bills me?
Anthropic for the answers, and Google or OpenAI for the index, each directly. HolaReply adds no per-message fee.
Are my keys safe?
Both are encrypted with your site’s own keys, never shown again and never logged.
