Who we are
HolaReply is made and sold by SEO AGENCY INC, trading as SEO Audit Software, 380 Ege Ave, Apt 5, Jersey City, NJ 07304, United States (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the HolaReply WordPress plugin (Free, Pro and Business), to holareply.com, and to licences bought from us.
The software and your licence
HolaReply is released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. The GPL governs the software itself: you may use, study, change and share it.
A Pro or Business licence gives you, for one year from purchase: access to the Pro or Business download, automatic updates, and support — for the number of sites in your plan (Pro: 1 site, Business: 3 sites). You can move a licence from one site to another from your account.
If you do not renew, the plugin keeps working on your sites. Updates and support stop until you renew.
Buying and renewing
Prices are in US dollars, per year, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Licences renew yearly until you cancel; you can cancel renewal at any time before the renewal date and keep your licence until it ends.
Payments are taken by one of two processors, whichever you choose at checkout:
- PayPro Global — PayPro Global, Inc. acts as reseller and merchant of record for these orders: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and issues the invoice. Its own terms of sale also apply.
- PayPal — the payment is received by SEO Audit Software through PayPal. PayPal’s own terms apply to the payment.
Your card or bank statement will show SEO AUDIT SOFTWARE or PAYPRO GLOBAL. Both are us.
Refunds
HolaReply is delivered as a download. Purchases are final once the download link has been sent to you. Please try the free version first — it is the same plugin, with no time limit. See the refund policy for the exceptions.
Your AI key and your AI costs
HolaReply uses an AI provider account that you control (such as Google Gemini) with your own key. The provider bills you directly under its own terms. We do not charge per message and we are not responsible for the provider’s prices, limits or availability.
Your responsibilities
- Only let HolaReply read websites and content you own or are allowed to use.
- Tell your visitors about the chat in your own privacy policy — HolaReply suggests text you can use.
- Check what the assistant says on your site. It answers only from your content, but you remain responsible for that content.
- Do not use HolaReply for anything unlawful, or to send spam.
Support
Support is given through the chat on holareply.com: Pro within two working days, Business within one working day. Free users can use the documentation and the chat.
No warranty and limits of liability
As the GPL says, the software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to HolaReply is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or data.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes apply to purchases and renewals after that date.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
