Downloads are final
HolaReply Pro and Business are delivered as a download. Once the download link has been sent to you, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded.

When we do refund
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You paid, but the download link and licence key never reached you and we could not fix it.
- The law of your country requires a refund.
Customers in the EU and UK
Normally you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends when the download starts, if you agreed to this at checkout. Our checkout asks for that agreement before you pay.
Renewals
Yearly renewals can be cancelled any time before the renewal date from your account, so you are not charged again. A renewal that has already been charged is not refunded.
How to ask
Ask in the chat with your order number. Orders paid through PayPro Global are refunded by PayPro Global; orders paid through PayPal are refunded through PayPal.
What your statement shows
Your card or bank statement will show SEO AUDIT SOFTWARE or PAYPRO GLOBAL. If you do not recognise a charge, ask us before disputing it — we will sort it out.
