Choose your AI
On any website, HolaReply takes one line of code and HolaReply AI is included in your plan, so you need no AI key: 500 AI conversations a month in Pro, 2,500 in Business. The Shopify app, coming soon to the Shopify App Store, includes the AI too.
On WordPress and WooCommerce, HolaReply runs on the AI you choose, with no per-message fee from us when you use your own key: Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude. Or skip the AI account altogether with HolaReply AI, paid with credits.
Whatever the AI, the rules stay the same: answers only from your content, sources shown, “I don’t know” instead of a guess, and names, emails, phone numbers and company names removed before anything is sent.

Paste a key, or a credit key
Each provider’s card links to the page where it makes keys. HolaReply AI uses the credit key from your purchase email.
Switch any time
The same rules apply whichever AI answers.

Which AI can HolaReply use?
On any website, HolaReply AI is included in your plan, with no key; the Shopify app, coming soon, works the same way. On WordPress: Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude with your own key, or HolaReply AI credits with no key at all.
Do you charge per message?
On any website the AI is included in the monthly plan: 500 AI conversations a month in Pro, 2,500 in Business. On WordPress with your own key, your AI provider bills you directly; HolaReply AI credits are an optional alternative for owners who don’t want an AI account.
Is my key safe?
It is encrypted with your site’s own keys, never shown again and never logged.
What happens when I switch AI?
Answers switch at once, and your content index is rebuilt for the new model in the background.
What about DeepSeek, Grok and Llama?
They are being built and tested, and are not in the plugin yet. Each has its own page here; ask in the chat and we will tell you when yours ships.
