Most questions from your app’s users are the same twenty: how to sign up, verify, pay, cancel or fix an error. Today your support team answers them by hand. HolaReply answers them from your app’s own help, inside your app or on your website, in your users’ language, day and night, and passes the rest to your team with the whole conversation.
How it works
Three steps, in plain words.
1. It learns your app’s help
Your help center pages, guides, FAQ and error list. Public pages it reads today; files you upload in the Desk; the rest your app sends as it changes.
2. Users ask, it answers
In the chat inside your app or on your website, in their language, with a link to the help article it used.
3. The rest goes to a person
Billing problems, complaints and anything it doesn’t know become a ticket for your team, with the whole conversation, so the user never repeats themselves.
One example
The question your support team answers every day.
Without HolaReply
With HolaReply
The chat read this user’s own status from your app, for them only, through a read-only door. Their details never reach the AI.
What users ask
Repeated questions answered. The rest goes to a person.
And which answers work today, without any custom work.
| A user asks | HolaReply answers | Needs custom work? |
|---|---|---|
| How do I verify my profile? | The steps from your help article, with a link to it | No, if the article is a public page |
| What does error 402 mean? | The meaning and the fix, from your error guide | No, if the guide is a page or a file |
| How do I cancel my subscription? | The steps for their phone or the web, from your policy | No |
| Why is my account not approved yet? | Their own status, read from your app for them only | Yes: a read-only connection |
| I was charged twice. | Sent to your support team, with the conversation | No: it’s a locked topic |
Where answers come from
Answers from your app’s own help.
Only from your help, documents and app, with the source shown, never from the internet.
From your help center
If your help articles are public web pages, HolaReply reads them today, the same way it reads any website.
From your app, automatically
Your app sends its help, guides and release notes to HolaReply as they change, so answers never go stale.
From documents
User manuals, FAQ sheets and policies in PDF or Word become answers, with the document named as the source. Upload them yourself in the Desk.
Inside your app
Today: a page of your website opened inside your app (a web view), with the chat on it. Custom: a chat built into your Android or iOS app.
About their own account
Signed-in users ask why a payment failed or an account is waiting, and the chat reads their status from your app, for them only.
To your support team
Anything the chat can’t or mustn’t answer becomes a ticket in the Desk, with the whole conversation, or goes to your own helpdesk.
Plain words
Words you may see in a proposal.
- API
- A safe door your software opens so another program can ask it one question, such as “what is the status of order 10482?”. It answers only what the door allows.
- Read-only
- HolaReply can look, never change. It can read a stock level; it can’t change it.
- Web view
- A page of your website shown inside your mobile app, like a small browser. The chat works there without building anything new.
- Signed-in check
- Proof from your app that the person chatting really is that customer, so the chat shows them their own details and nobody else’s.
- CRM / helpdesk
- The software where your team keeps customers and support tickets, such as HubSpot, Zoho or Zendesk.
- NDA
- A confidentiality agreement: we keep what you show us private.
Questions
AI support for your app, answered.
Can it answer inside my mobile app?
Yes. Today it works on a page of your website opened inside your app (a web view); a chat built into Android, iOS, Flutter or React Native is custom work.
Where does it get the answers?
From your help center, documents, and what your app sends it. Never from general internet knowledge: when the answer isn’t there, it says so and offers your support team.
Can it see my users’ data?
Only when you connect it, through a door you control, and only the signed-in user’s own details, shown to them and never sent to the AI.
Can it sell too?
Yes. The same chatbot answers people who are still deciding: plans, prices, features, and books a demo or sends the lead to your sales team. Sales and support
Does it work for any kind of app?
Yes: any app or software your customers use, on the web, Android or iOS. The rules are the same for every one.
What does it cost?
A HolaReply plan for the chat, plus a one-time fee for the custom part, fixed in a proposal before any work starts. How the price is made
Tell us about your app
We reply by email with a few questions, then a written proposal with the scope and the price. No obligation.
