Most AI chatbots answer from everything the model has ever read. That is why they sound confident about delivery times you never promised and products you have never sold. For a business, one wrong answer costs more than no answer.
HolaReply turns that round. It reads your website — the pages, posts and WooCommerce products you choose — and answers from those alone. If your site does not say it, HolaReply does not say it either.
How it works

It reads your site
Your published content is split into short passages and indexed in your own WordPress database. Drafts and private pages are never read.
It finds the right passages
For each question it looks up the few passages that match best — including the earlier questions, so “and in 5 kg?” still means the same product.
It answers, and shows where from
The AI writes a short answer from those passages only, and HolaReply links the pages it used. No source, no answer.

A relevance threshold
Passages that only vaguely match are not used. A weak match becomes “I don’t know”, not a stretched answer.
Your own AI key
Answers are written by Google Gemini on your own key; you pay Google directly, about half a cent per answer.

Can HolaReply answer from the whole internet?
No, on purpose. It answers only from your own content, so everything it says is something your business has published.
What happens when my site has no answer?
It says so, offers a person, and logs the question in your Unanswered report so you can add the answer.
Does it work with page builders?
Yes. It reads the published text of pages built with the block editor, Elementor, Divi and others.
