Not everyone wants to open a Google, OpenAI or Anthropic account, add a card and manage a key. HolaReply AI skips all of that.
On any website, HolaReply AI is included in your plan: 500 AI conversations a month in Pro ($19 a month) and 2,500 in Business ($49 a month), with nothing to buy or paste. The Shopify app, coming soon, includes it the same way.
On WordPress, buy credits from us, paste the credit key from your purchase email, and the assistant answers. The rest of this page is about credits on WordPress.
The rules don’t change: answers only from your own content, sources shown, “I don’t know” instead of a guess, and every question it can’t answer handed to your team as a lead. It is always optional, and your own key never has per-message fees.

You pay HolaReply, in credits: $12 per 1,000 answers, less in larger packs. One credit is one question sent to the AI by your site, whether or not the answer is on your pages.
Indexing is included up to 20,000 page sections a month; beyond that, 50 sections use one credit.
Credits last 12 months from purchase, and unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of buying them.
