The chat on this website
When you use the chat on holareply.com, we keep the conversation so our team can answer questions the assistant could not. Your name, email address, phone number and company name are removed from your message before any of it is sent to our AI provider, Google (Gemini API). Conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days; enquiries you send to our team are kept so we can help you.
To keep a conversation going when you move to another page, the chat stores a random conversation code in your browser’s local storage. It says nothing about you and is not used for tracking.
When you buy
Payments are handled by PayPro Global or PayPal, whichever you choose. They receive your payment details; we never see your full card number. From the order we receive your name, email address, country, the plan you bought and the order number, and we keep them to deliver your licence, send updates and renewal notices, and meet tax and accounting duties.
Emails
We send emails about your purchase, your licence and your support questions through our email provider, Brevo. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Services we use
- Cloudflare — delivers this website quickly and protects it; it sees your IP address and the pages you request.
- Google Gemini API — writes the chat’s answers from our website’s content; receives your question with personal details removed.
- PayPro Global and PayPal — take payments.
- Brevo — sends our emails.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we do not sell personal data.
The HolaReply plugin on your own site
When you install HolaReply on your website, you are responsible for your visitors’ data: conversations and enquiries are stored in your own WordPress database, not with us, and your questions go to the AI provider account you set up. The plugin removes personal details before every AI request and works with WordPress’s own privacy export and erase tools.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it — except where we must keep order records for tax law. Ask in the chat. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Where your data is
Our website runs on servers we rent, behind Cloudflare. Our processors may handle data in the United States and elsewhere under their own safeguards.
