Shoppers check where their order is, right in the chat: with the order number and the email used, they see its status and tracking links.

How it works#
1 · Track my orderA button in the chat, beside your quick replies. A shopper who types “Where is my order?”, in any of 30 languages, gets the same form.
2 · Number and emailBoth must match the same order.
3 · The answerIts status, and Track parcel links for each shipment, in the shopper’s language.
Set it up#
Not on WordPress yet
The WordPress plugin does not look up WooCommerce orders. Questions about an order go to your team with the enquiry form.

Order tracking reads orders from Shopify, so it is for Shopify stores. On any other website, order questions go to your team as enquiries, with the whole chat.
Questions#
Is order data sent to the AI?
No. The order is looked up directly in Shopify, and its details are never sent to the AI or kept in the conversation.
How far back?
Shopify lets apps read the last 60 days of orders.
Can someone guess orders?
The number and the email must both match, and each visitor can look up 5 orders in 10 minutes.
