Version 0.1.3 · in the WordPress.org plugin directory · GPL · no account and no card needed · or download the zip
HolaReply is an AI chatbot for WordPress and WooCommerce that answers only from your own pages, posts and products, says so when it doesn’t know, and sends every question it can’t answer to your team as an enquiry, with the whole conversation.
Requirements
- WordPress 6.6 or newer
- PHP 8.0 or newer
- WooCommerce is optional
- An AI to write the answers: your own Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude key, or HolaReply AI credits with no key
Install it from your dashboard
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
- Search for HolaReply and click Install Now.
- Click Activate.
HolaReply is in the WordPress.org plugin directory, so updates arrive in your dashboard like any other plugin.
Or upload the zip
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin and click Upload Plugin.
- Download the zip from WordPress.org, click Choose file, pick the zip you downloaded and click Install Now.
- Click Activate Plugin.
Then add your AI key in HolaReply → Settings → AI connection, choose what it reads and switch the chat on: the setup guide takes about ten minutes. Keep the file zipped; if Safari on a Mac unzips it into a folder, turn off Open “safe” files after downloading in Safari’s settings and download it again.
What Free includes, and what Pro adds
Free has no trial, no time limit and no message cap, on as many sites as you like: AI answers with sources from your pages, posts and products, replies in the visitor’s language, the knowledge base, locked topics, enquiries emailed with the whole chat, smart email capture, your colours and logo, and the overview dashboard.
Pro adds the Sales Desk for your team, replies by chat and email, Telegram alerts, product cards with stock and sale prices, proactive messages, CSV export, the weekly summary and the unanswered questions report. Business adds webhooks for Zapier, Make and n8n, Idea mode, white label for agencies and a team of up to 20. Both are paid once, for 1, 5 or 25 sites, and install over the free plugin with your settings kept. Compare plans and prices →
