If your business already has an OpenAI account, HolaReply can run on it: your own API key, the family of models behind ChatGPT, and OpenAI’s bill, with no per-message fee from us.
The difference from ChatGPT itself is what the model may answer from. In HolaReply it answers only from your own pages, products and knowledge base, and shows the sources. When your site doesn’t say it, the assistant says so and hands the visitor to your team.
One OpenAI key does both jobs: it writes the answers and builds the search index of your site.

You pay OpenAI, directly, at OpenAI’s prices, for the usage on your key. HolaReply adds no per-message fee.
A ChatGPT subscription is not an API key. ChatGPT plans don’t include API usage: HolaReply needs a key from OpenAI’s API platform, which OpenAI bills separately.
You pay HolaReply only for a licence, if you choose Pro or Business.

How to connect
Three steps.
Create a key
Sign in at platform.openai.com/api-keys and create a secret key. Add billing to your API account.
Paste it into HolaReply
In Settings → AI connection, choose OpenAI, pick the model, paste the key and click Test connection.
Build the index
Choose what the assistant reads and build the index. OpenAI answers from then on.

Is this the same as ChatGPT?

Can I use my ChatGPT subscription?
No. HolaReply needs an API key from platform.openai.com, which OpenAI bills separately from ChatGPT plans.
