Set it up#
- Open itHolaReply › Settings › Branding, section White label at the bottom (Business licence).
- Fill it inProduct name and/or Agency name, then Agency website, Agency logo, Menu icon, Support and Chat credit.
- SaveClick Save white label, then reload. The menu, screens, Plugins list, Sales Desk and emails now use your names.
- Lock a client siteTurn on Lock settings and tick your Agency users: only they can change settings. To lift it, add

- Open itIn the Desk, Manage › Settings › General: Your name instead of ours (Business).
- Your nameType it in Name (empty uses your store’s name) and click Save.
- What changesThe Desk is called “(your name) Desk”, the AI’s messages there say “AI assistant”, and team emails and replies to shoppers carry your name. The app in your Shopify admin stays HolaReply.
- Open itIn the Desk, Manage › Settings › General: Your name instead of ours (Business).

Questions#
Does the chat say “Powered by HolaReply”?
On Shopify never, on any plan. On WordPress only if you switch the credit on; with white label it names your agency.
Many client sites (WordPress)?
Set the fields once in wp-config.php: HOLAREPLY_WL_NAME, HOLAREPLY_WL_AGENCY, HOLAREPLY_WL_URL, HOLAREPLY_WL_SUPPORT and HOLAREPLY_WL_LOGO.
