When an answer is about your products, the chat shows them as cards, so the next step is one tap away.

What a card shows#
Every plan: the picture, name and price, and a link to the product. Up to three cards an answer.
Pro: also in stock or sold out, and the old price struck through when there is a sale.
Set it up#
- Let it read your productsHolaReply › Content & index: set Product to Read and update the index. Needs WooCommerce.
- Keep cards onHolaReply › Features: Product cards is on by default.
- Pro: pricesHolaReply › Settings › Answers: Show prices on product cards, then Save changes.
- Nothing to set upCards appear by themselves for active products the app has read, each with View product.
- Turn them off (Pro)In the Desk, Manage › Settings › Features: Product cards.
- Nothing to set upPages your site marks as products (schema.org Product, which most shop builders add by themselves) become cards with the picture, name, price and a link, once HolaReply has read them.

Questions#
Will it show a price I hide?
No. A price your shop hides from guests stays hidden.
Why no price on a card?
On WordPress, while a locked topic is about prices, cards show no price, so your team quotes it.
