Three ways#

Telegram: each new enquiry arrives in your Telegram chat or group. Webhook: each enquiry is sent as JSON to an address you choose (Zapier, Make, n8n or your own system), signed so you can trust it. Weekly summary: once a week by email: your enquiries, what the assistant answered while you were closed, and the questions nobody could answer. A quiet week sends nothing.

Set it up#

TelegramHolaReply › Settings › Lead capture, Enquiries on your phone: Telegram: 1. Make a bot (Open BotFather), 2. Paste its token and click Connect, 3. Press Start in your bot. Then Send a test.
WebhookSame tab, Send enquiries to your other tools: paste the Webhook address (https only), then Send a test. Use the Signing secret to check each delivery.
Weekly summaryHolaReply › Settings › General: Weekly summary, choose the day and time, then Save changes.

Are names sent to Telegram?

Yes: the names and addresses shoppers leave are sent to your Telegram chat, so keep that chat to your team. The bot token is stored encrypted.
