Maqsood R.

He started HolaReply after seeing the same problem on business websites again and again: visitors ask a question, nobody answers, and the sale goes to a competitor. The chatbots that tried to help often made things up. HolaReply is his answer: an assistant that only says what the website itself says, and hands everything else to a person.

Maqsood also runs SEO Agency Inc (seoaudit.agency), which builds SEO software and helps businesses get found in search. On this site he writes about AI chatbots for websites, Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce, and turning website visitors into customers.
