The WPBot alternative for sites that want accurate AI answers and every lead
WPBot by QuantumCloud has been around for years, and it can do a lot: button menus, FAQs, site search, AI answers and, on higher plans, Messenger, WhatsApp and voice. If your priority is narrower (AI that only says what your site says, and every question it can’t answer turned into a lead for your team), a focused plugin may suit you better.
We make HolaReply. Every fact about WPBot below comes from its WordPress.org page, documentation and wpbot.pro pricing page, checked on 25 September 2026. Sources are at the end.
The short answer
- HolaReply is a WPBot alternative for businesses that want AI answers only from their own website and every unanswered question handed to their team.
- HolaReply answers from your pages, posts and WooCommerce products on its free plan, shows sources and says when it doesn’t know.
- WPBot’s FAQ says training the AI on your site needs a paid licence (from $39 a year), and its human live chat is through Slack on the Master plan ($189 a year).
- Choose WPBot for button flows, lifetime licences, many AI providers and social channels.
Choose HolaReply if…
- you want AI answers only from your own pages and products, on the free plan
- you want it to show sources and say “I don’t know” instead of guessing
- questions it can’t answer should reach your team with the whole conversation
- your team should reply from a simple inbox, and the reply should reach the visitor by chat and email
Choose WPBot if…
- you want button menus and rule-based flows that work without any AI
- you want a lifetime licence
- you want OpenRouter or Dialogflow as your AI provider
- you need Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram or voice (Master plan)
HolaReply is free for WordPress, on WordPress.org; Pro and Business are paid once.

What WPBot does well
- It works without AI. Button menus, FAQs, site search and product search are built in and free. Some sites don’t need AI at all.
- Lifetime licences. Pay once: $149 for 5 sites, $279 for 10, $369 for 50.
- Provider choice. OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter and Dialogflow, with your own key and no limit on conversations from WPBot.
- Channels. The Master plan adds Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and voice.
- Your data stays on your server, according to wpbot.pro.
Where HolaReply is different
1. AI answers from your content, free and always in sync
HolaReply indexes your published pages, posts and WooCommerce products into your WordPress database and re-indexes each item when you edit it, on the free plan. With WPBot, training on your site is paid according to its FAQ, and automatic synchronisation when content changes is on the Professional and Master plans.
What the assistant reads on your site, and how up to date its copy is.
HolaReply’s content index: what it reads from your site.
2. Built never to guess
HolaReply answers only from what it found on your site or in your knowledge base, shows the source, and says so when nothing covers the question. Topics you lock, such as prices, quotes or allergens, are never answered by the AI: they go straight to your team.
3. Leads, even when the AI fails
Every question HolaReply can’t answer, and every request for a person, becomes an enquiry with the whole conversation. It asks for an email at that moment, never twice, and if your AI key runs out of credit, visitors can still send their enquiry.
Try it right here. The chat on this page is HolaReply, answering from this website only. Ask a question, then ask for a person.

Open the chat4. A Sales Desk instead of Slack
With HolaReply Pro, enquiries arrive as tickets in the Sales Desk, a page on your site where your team replies without WordPress access. The reply reaches the visitor in their chat and by email. WPBot’s human chat runs through Slack and is on the Master plan.
6 tickets · 1 follow-up due
The Sales Desk (Pro): tickets, notes, follow-ups and replies that reach the visitor.
