Which websites does HolaReply work on?
It works on any website. On WordPress and WooCommerce it is a plugin you can download free. Shopify is coming soon to the Shopify App Store: get notified the day it is listed. Any other website works today with one line of code: start a 7-day free trial, no card needed.
Which AI does it use?
The one you choose: Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude with your own key, or HolaReply AI credits with no key at all. On Gemini’s free tier Google may use prompts to improve its products and daily limits apply, so for a live business site we recommend a paid key; Google requires one if your site serves visitors in the EU, UK or Switzerland. If the main model is busy, a lighter one takes over automatically. Compare the AI options.
Is my customers’ personal data sent to the AI?
No. Names, emails, phone numbers and company names are removed before every AI request. On any website and Shopify, conversations are kept encrypted in HolaReply Desk; with the free WordPress plugin, they stay in your own database.
